Do all residents need to be notified?
Only the units being treated, so they can prepare the premises. The rest of the building does not need to know: our vehicles and technicians stay discreet.
Will you treat a single unit in a building?
Yes, and we do it often for co-owners. If our findings show the problem is coming from elsewhere in the building, we tell you and document what we saw for your manager or syndicate.
Which pests do you cover in a building?
Bed bugs, cockroaches, ants, mice and rats, plus all other insect pests. We do not treat termites or wildlife (squirrels, raccoons, birds, bats).
