Preventive treatment, four times a year

One visit per quarter, spread across the year to follow insect seasons: colonies waking up in spring, peak activity in summer, insects moving into the walls in the fall.
Exterior perimeter treatment
On every visit we treat the outside of the building: foundations, thresholds, window and door frames, wherever insects get in.
Interior as needed
If insects are already inside, the technician treats the affected areas during the same visit.
Insects covered
Ants (including carpenter ants), spiders, wasps and hornets, earwigs, sowbugs, boxelder bugs and the other common Québec insects.
What the plan does not cover
Rodents, cockroaches and bed bugs need a different protocol and closer follow-up. We treat them separately:

How much does the annual plan cost?

What if insects come back between two visits?
We come back. That is the point of the plan: you do not have to keep watch yourself. The exact terms are explained before you book.
Does the plan cover mice or cockroaches?
No. Rodents and cockroaches need closer follow-up: we treat them as a one-time intervention or, for businesses and buildings, with a dedicated monthly service.
Is it safe for my family and pets?
Yes. Treatments are targeted and applied safely; the technician gives you the instructions to follow after each visit, usually a few hours for treated areas.
Does the plan work for condos and businesses?
Yes. It applies to houses, condos, small businesses and buildings. For a whole building or a commercial premises, we fold it into a tailored proposal.
